Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Plentish is a household inventory and meal planning platform. We help households track what they have, plan meals, and generate shopping lists.

2. Account Responsibilities

You must provide a valid email address and accurate information when creating an account. One person per account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Beta Disclaimer

Plentish is currently in beta. The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice. We do not guarantee uptime or availability.

3A. Beta Subscriber Status

Plentish is in a limited beta, and places are limited. Every household created while beta enrollment is open becomes a beta subscriber household. Starting account signup does not reserve a place; eligibility is determined when the household is created.

A beta subscriber household will not be charged subscription fees for Plentish, during the beta or after it ends. The status belongs to the household: everyone who is, or later becomes, a member of that household is covered.

The status lasts as long as the household exists, unless we permanently terminate its access under section 6. A temporary suspension does not remove the status. It cannot be transferred to another household. Deleting a household ends its status; a replacement household qualifies only if enrollment is open when it is created.

We may close or reopen beta enrollment at any time. Closing enrollment does not affect existing beta subscriber households. Households created while enrollment is closed are not beta subscriber households and do not gain that status if enrollment later reopens.

A beta subscriber household will also not be charged for any feature or add-on available during the beta. Optional paid add-ons first introduced after the beta ends are not covered by this status.

Beta subscriber status concerns fees only. Section 3 still applies: features, limits and availability may change.

4. Data Ownership

Your data is yours. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools to scrape or access the service
  • Abuse, harass, or threaten other users
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time in Settings, under Account. Items, receipts and plans you added stay with your household, shown as added by "Deleted user". If you are your household's only member, the household is deleted with your account; if others share it, you first hand it to one of them or delete it for everyone.

We may also pause access to a household. A pause does not delete anything, and access is restored when the pause is lifted.
